Cordialmente, Pablo J. an emergency upgrade for our GSR. We need to upgrade PRP and one linecard memory that is already running almost out of memory. This upgrade needs to be made in order to avoid any unwanted and unexpected failure and outage of our equipment. These memory upgrades will also let us upgrade the IOS to the latest version bringing us new features needed for upcoming Internet2 events. We hope to have this memory in our facilities today and proceed with upgrade tomorrow. Date: September 30, 2009 Time: 12:00PM - 1:00PM We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
