Yes, we are doing some testing on bioknoppix0.3beta to make sure
everything there is working. We are also working to add many request
received by the community i.e. (ncbi toolkit, demo databases, etc). But
this will be included in future releases, not on 0.3 beta. By next week
or so we are planning to re-release of bioknoppix-0.3-beta. Thanks for
your interest.

bioknoppix beta 0.2.1 has been released. In this version of bioknoppix there 
are no new packages. This version of bioknoppix fix two bugs reported by the 
community.

- Jemboss was broken this was fixed in beta 0.2.1.

- R was broken, it didn't find some dependencies this was fixed on beta 0.2.1. 

Now bioknoppix doesn't have any outstanding bugs reported by the community.
